HERRICKS VOLUNTEER SERVICE AWARD APPLICATION
Students in Grades 9-12 are Eligible to Apply
Commitment to service is an important part of becoming a responsible citizen and an active member of the Herricks community. The Herricks Volunteer Service Award recognizes the valuable contributions volunteers make each and every day. Volunteer service must be unpaid, and service completed must be documented on official letterhead. Service hours are recognized on a yearly basis (Jan.1-Dec.31).
To apply for this award, students should click the links below and fill out the HVSA Application as well as the online hours spreadsheet. All applications are due in Mr. Hodge's office by February 13th, 2026.
