Common App
Common Application
The Common Application is the recommended form of 900 selective colleges and universities for admission to their undergraduate programs. Many of these institutions use the form exclusively. All give equal consideration to the Common Application and the college's own form.
Experience with the Common Application over a period of more than 25 years has demonstrated its advantages to students, counselors, and teachers. The concept is simple: Students complete one Common Application form, photocopy it, and send the form to any of the participating colleges. The procedure simplifies the college application process and eliminates duplication of effort.
To further simplify the process, you can use Common App Online to complete your forms and submit them electronically.
*Please note that you cannot save data using the downloadable, interactive PDF form, unless you have advanced Adobe software.
If you would like to download a version of the Common Application that can be used with Microsoft Word, click on the attached file below. This document was created with Microsoft Word 2000.
Coalition for College Application
The Coalition for Access, Affordability, and Success was developed to improve the college application process for all students as they search for and apply to their perfect college. The platform provides a single, centralized toolkit for students to organize, build, and refine their applications to numerous institutions.
