Nineteen student athletes from Herricks High School were joined by their families as they made their postsecondary plans official at the school’s annual College Commitment Day on June 4.

At the May 8 meeting, the Herricks Board of Education honored the Herricks High School Class of 2025 valedictorian, Shannon Hong, and salutatorian, Sharath Venkatesan, for their outstanding achievements.
