On the first day of school in STAC (Student Theater Arts Company), students got right to the point with a lesson on stage combat.

There was a celebratory spirit in the air as Herricks Public Schools welcomed students back to school on Sept. 3.

On August 27, the annual Bagels and Locks event took place at Herricks High School, providing our students with a fun way to prepare for the upcoming school year!

On Aug. 19, Herricks Union Free School District officially welcomed 18 new educators to the school community for the 2024-25 school year.

Throughout July, over 100 Herricks student musicians ranging from third through ninth grade came together at Herricks Middle School to hone their skills, gain confidence and have fun at the district’s Summer Music Program.
